L ighthouse Cove Rules and Policies

Lighthouse Cove Resort wants to promote a family atmosphere and make our resort a place people want to come back to.  We strive to provide safe and secure accommodations for all of our guests as well as the owners who live on site. 

Lighthouse Cove has 24 hour assistance available seven days a week.  On weekends there is a security guard on site from 10:00 pm till 8:00 am. 

We expect all of our guests to act responsibly and follow the rules and policies set forth. 

  • Check in:  3:00 pm
  • Check out:  10:00 am
  • Quiet hours:  11:00 pm - 8:00 am
  • Occupants are limited to the number of people confirmed at time of reservation
  • No littering
  • No loitering in parking lots
  • No drinking alcohol in parking lots
  • Absolutely no illegal drugs on premise
  • No glass in pool areas
  • No pets (except for medical purposes)
  • Must have valid credit card and be 25 years of age to reserve a condominium

If any of the above rules are violated you will be verbally warned by our staff.  If there are two or more complaints against any one room or group of rooms (including all occupants) the police will be notified and you will be asked to leave.  There are absolutely no refunds for evicted guests.  Evicted guests will also be accountable for any refunds given to unhappy guests due to their behavior that results in them being evicted.

Cancellation Policy:

All advance reservations must be cancelled within fourteen (14) days of date of arrival.  If not cancelled within fourteen days your advance deposit of one night will be forfeited. 
If reservation is made within fourteen days of arrival, cancellation must be made within 72 hours of arrival date.  Cancellation after 72 hours will result in forfeiting your one nights deposit.
ALL cancellations are subject to a $15.00 service charge.

Security Deposit:

Each reservation requires a $200.00 security deposit due upon check-in.  Deposits may only be in the form of cash or credit card authorization.  NO personal checks accepted.  The deposit is refundable if the unit is in satisfactory condition when an inspection for damages is done after departure.
